These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Nexform Solutions, based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By engaging in our services, you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by the following terms:

1. Services Offered

Nexform Solutions provides professional business services, including but not limited to:

• LLC formation (USA)
• Website development
• Sales tax filing
• Income tax filing
• ITIN application (USA)
• UK company registration
• UK VAT registration
• E-commerce services (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy account creation & tools)

2. Payment Terms

• Full Payment in Advance:All services must be paid 100% in advance before any work begins.
• Non-Refundable:Payments made are non-refundable, except where Nexform Solutions fails to deliver the service as agreed.
• Accepted Payment Methods:We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as mutually agreed.

3. Service Delivery

• Timeframes for each service will be communicated upon payment confirmation.
• While we strive for timely completion, external delays (e.g., government approvals, third-party platform verifications) are beyond our control.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the service. Failure to do so may cause delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide all required documentation, login details (if applicable), and correct information promptly.
• The client is solely responsible for the content and legal compliance of the business/entity being registered.
• Nexform Solutions is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential. We will not share your data with any third party without consent, except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Nexform Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, and documentation provided by Nexform Solutions remain the intellectual property of the client after full payment, except for tools or frameworks used under open licenses or subscriptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• The client engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The client fails to comply with these terms.
• The client behaves in an abusive or unprofessional manner toward our team.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
