1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Nexform Solutions are final and non-refundable.

This applies to all services including, but not limited to:

• LLC Formation
• Website Development
• Sales & Income Tax Filing
• ITIN Application
• UK Company & VAT Registration
• E-commerce Account Creation (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy)
• Digital Tools Setup and Integrations

Once payment is received and the service process is initiated, no request for a refund will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Service Delays

While we strive to meet the promised timelines, certain delays may occur due to:

• Government processing times
• Third-party platform verification
• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

Such delays do not qualify for a refund.

3. Responsibility of the Client

It is the client’s responsibility to:

• Ensure all required documents and details are submitted accurately and on time
• Cooperate throughout the service process
• Understand the nature of the service before making payment

4. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered if:

• Nexform Solutions explicitly fails to initiate or deliver the service as described and
• The fault is solely on our part, with no delay or error caused by the client

Any such exceptions are at the sole discretion of management.
